One Health Resources (OHR) Submission Policy

This Submission Policy outlines the terms under which users may submit content to One Health Resources (“OHR”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) through our platform at onehealthresources.com. This includes, but is not limited to, research papers, job postings, funding opportunities, events, news, discussion posts, and multimedia resources.

By submitting content, you agree to the terms of this policy and our Terms & Conditions.

Eligibility to Submit Content

You must be a registered user of the OHR platform and you must have the legal right and authority to share the content you submit.

Types of Acceptable Submissions

We welcome a wide range of content relevant to One Health, including:

  • Research publications or summaries
  • Job and internship opportunities
  • Grants, fellowships, and funding calls
  • Training programs and academic courses
  • Conferences, webinars, and events
  • News articles and policy updates
  • Field insights, case studies, and expert commentary
 
All submissions must be relevant to one or more areas of One Health: human health, animal health, environmental health, plant health, or cross-sectoral themes.

Content Ownership and Rights

You retain ownership of your submitted content. By submitting content, you grant OHR a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute your content on the platform for public benefit and professional engagement. You confirm that your content does not infringe on copyright or other intellectual property rights.

Review and Moderation

All content submissions are subject to review by the OHR team or designated moderators. We reserve the right to approve, edit for clarity, categorize, or decline any submission at our discretion. Submissions that are promotional, misleading, or outside the scope of One Health may be rejected.

Attribution and Responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and sourcing of the content you submit. You must credit authors, institutions, or sources appropriately where applicable.

Prohibited Content

 Do not submit content that:

  • Contains false or misleading information
  • Infringes on copyright, trademark, or privacy rights
  • Includes offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate language
  • Promotes commercial products or services without approval

Updates and Removal

You may request an update or removal of your submission by contacting us. OHR reserves the right to remove outdated, inaccurate, or inappropriate content at any time.
